Requirements
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in SEO
- Experience with local SEO, including Google Business Profile optimization
- Strong understanding of technical SEO fundamentals, NAP consistency, and structured data (schema)
- Experience working with website teams (developers/designers)
- Ability to perform keyword research and guide content creation
- Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs or SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
- Experience working on U.S. or similar markets
Responsibilities
- Audit and improve crawlability, indexing, and site structure
- Implement on-page SEO improvements and structured data
- Identify technical issues and coordinate with developer teams
- Optimize Google Business Profiles and maintain NAP consistency
- Improve visibility in local search and maps
- Structure content for AI systems, voice search, and conversational queries
- Support geo-targeted content and multi-location presence
- Collaborate with design and content teams to enhance user journeys
