Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, business operations, or marketing operations roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in Google Sheets for project tracking, reporting, and workflow management.
  • Experience working with marketing and creative teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, with exposure to performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Asana, Slack, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable decisions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in evolving business environments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines using Google Sheets or similar tools, ensuring real-time visibility for stakeholders.
  • Design and maintain structured tracking systems, including automation for status updates, reminders, and reporting workflows.
  • Define project roadmaps, scopes, and resource allocation plans in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Serve as the central coordination point between marketing, creative, and production teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
  • Lead project meetings including kickoff sessions, milestone reviews, and post-project evaluations.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support marketing operations using tools such as HubSpot for CRM, reporting, and campaign execution tracking.
  • Continuously improve workflows by identifying inefficiencies and implementing automation and process optimization initiatives.
  • Prepare regular updates, dashboards, and performance insights for leadership and executive stakeholders.
