Requirements
- Proven experience working with Raintree Systems (EMR/EHR/PM platform)
- Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Raintree integrations (e.g., billing, clearinghouses, APIs, third-party tools)
- Experience managing multi-site or enterprise-level deployments
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, particularly in rehab therapy or similar settings
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across integrations, interfaces, and environments
- Experience with data migration, system configuration, and testing methodologies
- Strong project management and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Raintree integrations, including planning, installation, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Configure and optimize Raintree environments to support new integrations and features
- Manage large-scale rollout strategy across 120 Raintree environments, ensuring consistency and minimal disruption
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, operations, clinical teams, vendors) to gather requirements and align solutions
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolution during and after deployment
- Develop and maintain deployment documentation, standard operating procedures, and configuration guides
- Provide training and support to end users and internal teams on new features and integrations
- Monitor system performance post-deployment and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with data security, HIPAA, and organizational standards
