Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of Cloud or IT service experience.
- Solid understanding of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Knowledge of compliance and security standards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with knowledge base management and documentation.
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Ability to support a global 24/7 environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to Cloud Inquiries as primary point of contact.
- Manage communication around Cloud service requests.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across stakeholders.
- Improve knowledge base repository content and search discoverability.
- Maintain compliance and security standards.
- Standardize Cloud engagement resources and processes.
- Create user manuals and training materials.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to inform continuous improvement.
- Support training and adoption of new tools and processes.
- Maintain domain awareness of technologies and services.
