Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a lean HR function.
  • Obsessive attention to detail.
  • Fluency in HRIS, Performance Management, and ATS tooling (Deel, BambooHR, Greenhouse, Lever, Leapsom, PERK).
  • Proven track record of identifying friction and proposing innovative fixes.
  • Ability to translate complex policies into simple language.
  • Handling sensitive health and disciplinary data with absolute confidentiality.
  • Functional literacy in employment laws.
  • Experience remaining effective during rapid organisational changes.

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end onboarding for all new hires.
  • Manage the tracking of all HR reviews, probation, and bi-annual performance.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive HR Operations Playbook.
  • Own the HRIS (Deel) as the canonical source of truth.
  • Manage day-to-day enrollment and termination of team benefit plans.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to manage scorecards, JDs, and interview scheduling.
  • Generate quarterly reports on headcount, turnover, and time off.
