Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years experience screening or interviewing in pharma/device/healthcare industry.
- Experience with Workday ATS.
- Previous experience in a Talent Administrator & Coordinator (TAC) role.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (including Outlook).
- Knowledge of talent acquisition concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to prioritize and organize work.
Responsibilities
- Complete phone interviews and screen candidates.
- Develop and schedule complex interview processes.
- Maintain candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Execute offer processes including letter creation and presentation.
- Coordinate background, medical, and reference checks.
- Arrange candidate travel and logistics.
- Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding activities.
- Post job openings to candidate generation channels.
- Provide metric and pipeline reporting.
- Act as subject matter expert, training and coaching colleagues.
