Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years experience screening or interviewing in pharma/device/healthcare industry.
  • Experience with Workday ATS.
  • Previous experience in a Talent Administrator & Coordinator (TAC) role.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (including Outlook).
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work.

Responsibilities

  • Complete phone interviews and screen candidates.
  • Develop and schedule complex interview processes.
  • Maintain candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Execute offer processes including letter creation and presentation.
  • Coordinate background, medical, and reference checks.
  • Arrange candidate travel and logistics.
  • Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding activities.
  • Post job openings to candidate generation channels.
  • Provide metric and pipeline reporting.
  • Act as subject matter expert, training and coaching colleagues.
