Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering
- 2+ years in a Lead or Senior role
- Proven track record designing and scaling AWS infrastructure
- Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Terragrunt)
- Deep experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on experience with data architecture and ETL pipelines at scale
- Advanced scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar)
- Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and reliability engineering principles
- Experience leading architecture decisions and incident management
Responsibilities
- Architect and scale AWS infrastructure (S3, Redshift, Glue, EMR, Lambda, ECS)
- Lead Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/Terragrunt
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for high-velocity deployments
- Design and evolve ETL pipelines and data platform architecture
- Drive containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Establish observability: monitoring, logging, alerting
- Ensure security, compliance, and cost-efficient cloud operations
- Lead incident management and improve system reliability
- Define DevOps/DataOps standards across teams
- Mentor engineers and elevate technical excellence
