Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably for tech, education, or service-based businesses.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific strategies (especially LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok).
- Experience with social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Later, Sprout Social).
- Proven content creation skills—copywriting, basic design (Canva), and video editing tools like CapCut or Adobe Express.
- Ability to analyze performance and create weekly/monthly reports.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and meet campaign deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage and optimize daily posting across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Craft engaging, branded content (text, image, video, carousels) that resonates with target audiences (IT professionals, students, jobseekers).
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce visually appealing, on-brand assets.
- Monitor engagement metrics, track KPIs, and optimize content based on performance analytics.
- Stay on top of platform trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes to maximize organic reach.
- Manage paid social campaigns (boosted posts, lead forms, retargeting) with the PPC team.
- Engage with the community—respond to comments, DMs, and manage brand reputation online.
- Assist in influencer outreach or content collaborations to increase brand visibility.
