Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy, ideally in a remote or agency setting
- Proven ability to build and execute full social media strategies across multiple platforms and industries
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with excellent grammar and brand voice adaptation
- Solid understanding of social media KPIs, analytics tools, paid advertising fundamentals, and SEO principles
- Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, scheduling platforms, CRMs, and project management systems
- Experience managing multiple client accounts, competing priorities, and fast-moving deliverables
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to act as a trusted client advisor
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a contract-based environment
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies tailored to client goals, audiences, and industries
- Create, schedule, and manage high-quality content, including graphics, captions, and campaigns across multiple platforms
- Monitor performance metrics, define KPIs, and deliver regular reporting and insights to optimize engagement and growth
- Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication, expectation setting, and proactive updates on progress
- Build and optimize funnels, content calendars, and campaign workflows to support full-funnel marketing objectives
- Apply SEO principles, analytics insights, and platform best practices to improve reach, traffic, and conversions
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to refine messaging, improve content quality, and adjust strategies in real time
