Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, data analytics, or business intelligence.
- Experience in a multi-brand or enterprise environment.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional data initiatives with executive visibility.
- Deep understanding of business KPIs, financial metrics, and operational reporting.
- Strong project management skills, including roadmap development and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex data to senior audiences.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), data platforms (Snowflake, dbt), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
- Experience in the Payments domain is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the Enterprise Reporting Roadmap.
- Lead KPI Stewardship: Act as the SME on all enterprise KPIs.
- Drive Cross-Functional Delivery: Collaborate with analytics, FP&A, and data engineering teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leaders regarding reporting needs.
- Reporting QA & Governance: Own the QA process and change management protocols.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in data availability and reporting processes.
