Requirements
- Active license and in good standing as a LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in California
- Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states
- Available for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions
- 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+)
- At least six months of teletherapy experience
- Proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9)
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Available for training during regular business hours for the first 6 weeks
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+)
- Practice modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI
- Maintain a caseload of 7-20 attended ongoing therapy and consult sessions per week
- Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust approach based on client progress
- Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed
- Refer clients when appropriate
- Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
