Requirements
- Technical experience in HR Information Systems (HRIS / SIRH) for 5+ years.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience working in the HR functional domain.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective IT solutions.
- Experience in solution architecture and technical analysis.
- Experience in application support.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing HRIS solution architectures aligned with business needs and client objectives.
- Contributing to the implementation of HR applications in line with HR domain ambitions and the company’s digital strategy.
- Ensuring ownership and deep understanding of core HRIS solutions, especially SAP SuccessFactors.
- Contributing to the preparation of functional and technical specifications for HRIS solutions.
- Performing technical analyses, detailed studies, and solution prototyping.
- Providing support, maintenance, and continuous evolution of HR-related applications.
- Coordinating and managing external vendors and stakeholders.
- Supporting internal clients in the continuous evaluation and improvement of HRIS solutions.
- Participating in technology monitoring and innovation in the field of HR and HRIS solutions.
