Requirements

  • Technical experience in HR Information Systems (HRIS / SIRH) for 5+ years.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience working in the HR functional domain.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective IT solutions.
  • Experience in solution architecture and technical analysis.
  • Experience in application support.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing HRIS solution architectures aligned with business needs and client objectives.
  • Contributing to the implementation of HR applications in line with HR domain ambitions and the company’s digital strategy.
  • Ensuring ownership and deep understanding of core HRIS solutions, especially SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Contributing to the preparation of functional and technical specifications for HRIS solutions.
  • Performing technical analyses, detailed studies, and solution prototyping.
  • Providing support, maintenance, and continuous evolution of HR-related applications.
  • Coordinating and managing external vendors and stakeholders.
  • Supporting internal clients in the continuous evaluation and improvement of HRIS solutions.
  • Participating in technology monitoring and innovation in the field of HR and HRIS solutions.
