Job Details

A minimum of 2 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
A portfolio of design projects that showcase your skills and design process.
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, or other visual design and wireframing tools.
Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.
Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
A bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.

Conduct thorough user research to understand target audience needs and behaviors.
Analyze user feedback, behavior data, and industry trends to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using tools like Figma.
Develop and maintain information architecture for web and mobile applications.
Produce visually appealing and consistent designs that align with brand guidelines.
Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design choices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.
Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards and guidelines.
Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design system components.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
