Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 9+ years of professional experience in a user-focused production environment.
- Deep understanding of Human-Centered Design and design thinking.
- Proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind.
- Extensive experience in creating dynamic forms and drag & drop functionality.
- Experience with UX research, user interviews, surveys, and usability studies.
- Ability to create user scenarios, flows, and wireframes (low to high fidelity).
- Detailed knowledge of Section 508 requirements and accessible design.
- Strong communication and consulting mindset for stakeholder engagement.
- Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design expertise.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on user experience design direction and strategy.
- Create and deliver User Experience Research plans and outcomes.
- Facilitate discovery activities and research with users and stakeholders.
- Lead the design and development of user interfaces and complex UI components.
- Define and maintain UX frameworks and templates for development teams.
- Apply user research insights to define product functionality, user stories, and requirements.
- Create and test low, medium, and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes.
- Conduct usability testing and perform analysis to inform design improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless design integration.
- Uphold design standards and ensure Section 508 compliance.
