Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Adult Learning, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a Training Manager, Learning Services Manager, or similar leadership role within a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of the full learning lifecycle, including needs assessment, instructional design, development, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Experience implementing enterprise learning strategies and managing training operations at scale.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, project management, and budgeting skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with both traditional and modern training methods, including workshops, simulations, e-learning, and coaching.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%, including international travel eligibility with a valid passport.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Learning Services team, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and ongoing professional development of training staff.
  • Design, implement, and oversee customer training programs aligned with business objectives and operational goals.
  • Develop and deliver learning solutions using a variety of instructional methods, including instructor-led sessions, webinars, e-learning, coaching, and job aids.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, stakeholders, and vendors to improve learning effectiveness, utilization, and operational efficiencies.
  • Evaluate training outcomes and learning effectiveness to continuously improve curriculum, delivery methods, and customer experience.
  • Manage revenue forecasts, budgets, vendor relationships, and external training partnerships.
  • Drive innovation in learning practices by implementing modern training technologies, mentorship programs, and strategic development initiatives.
  • Support conferences, workshops, and customer-facing events through educational content development and facilitation.
