Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, B2B lead generation, or related client-facing roles
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent client projects or accounts, ideally in fast-paced agency or SaaS environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate demanding client conversations professionally
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail
  • Native or C2-level English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience working with outreach, CRM, and collaboration tools such as HubSpot, Slack, Reply, or similar platforms
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and a high level of accountability
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating effectively across teams

Responsibilities

  • Managing 10–15 active client accounts simultaneously, ensuring strong account health, retention, and growth
  • Developing and optimizing outbound omnichannel strategies tailored to client goals and market conditions
  • Leading daily client meetings, including strategy discussions, progress updates, and issue resolution conversations
  • Coordinating cross-functional delivery pods composed of SDRs, delivery leads, researchers, and content specialists
  • Monitoring campaign performance metrics, identifying blockers, and implementing corrective actions when necessary
  • Managing escalations and aligning stakeholders internally to improve client outcomes and operational efficiency
  • Balancing personal performance targets with broader team KPIs and overall account success
