Requirements
- Solid experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Analyst in Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Experience in backlog management, refinement, and agile delivery processes.
- Ability to track and interpret process metrics and business KPIs.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing dependencies and impediments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset, collaborative approach, and problem-solving orientation.
- Familiarity with software development processes.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Higher education degree in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile and Scrum practices, ensuring ceremonies such as Daily, Planning, Review, and Retrospective are effectively conducted.
- Support teams in removing impediments, mitigating risks, and ensuring smooth delivery flow.
- Collaborate with Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and ensuring user stories are well-defined and actionable.
- Monitor and analyze delivery metrics and performance indicators, proposing improvements to increase team efficiency.
- Promote continuous improvement in development processes and agile maturity across teams.
- Foster alignment and communication between technical teams, business areas, and stakeholders.
- Support value-driven delivery by contributing to business and product metrics discussions.
