Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of marketing experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare marketing experience required.
- Strong background in portfolio management, strategic marketing, and healthcare product commercialization.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in complex business environments.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to leverage market insights and business data.
- Previous healthcare sales experience or customer-facing commercial experience is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with pricing strategy, margin management, and portfolio optimization.
- Proficiency with tools such as Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms; SAP experience is a plus.
- MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Management is considered an advantage.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 30% as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead marketing strategy and portfolio management initiatives for temperature management solutions across the U.S. and Canadian markets.
- Develop and execute growth-focused marketing programs aimed at improving patient and clinician outcomes.
- Manage portfolio performance, including sales growth, profitability, market positioning, and margin optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across sales, regulatory, supply chain, quality, and business operations to drive strategic objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and performance data to inform tactical and strategic marketing decisions.
- Support product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships while contributing to long-term portfolio growth.
- Lead and mentor team members while fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
