- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack.
- Ability to adapt to custom-built IT systems.
- Experience with prescription prior authorization processes (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Act as primary contact between patients and care teams.
- Triage and resolve incoming clinical messages.
- Conduct regular outgoing patient communications.
- Request and review medical records and lab results.
- Assist with prescription prior authorizations and refills.
- Provide scheduling and appointment support.
- Support billing and insurance coverage inquiries.
- Contribute to special projects for operational improvement.
