Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in financial operations, data operations, or analyst roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, data manipulation).
- Experience working with ERP or financial systems (NetSuite strongly preferred).
- Ability to follow detailed, documented procedures.
- Strong attention to detail for identifying discrepancies across large datasets.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume, transaction-driven environment.
- Comfort working in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and audit closing allocation and payment spreadsheets for completeness and accuracy.
- Standardize and manipulate data using established templates for NetSuite imports.
- Execute independent validation by comparing NetSuite records to source documents.
- Import and export CSV files using saved mappings in NetSuite.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies such as name mismatches or payment variances.
- Collaborate with Fulfillment, Relationship Management, and Tax teams to resolve data questions.
- Refer to manuals and guidelines to support business continuity.
- Complete recurring daily and weekly operational tasks.
- Provide status updates to internal stakeholders.
