Requirements

Licensed lawyer (member of a Canadian provincial or territorial law society) or RCIC in good standing with the CICC.
Persuasive, clear, and concise communication skills.
Experience or strong interest in AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.).
Systems-thinking mindset with focus on workflow automation.
Startup-wired, with a desire for ownership, speed, and high-impact work.
Ability to work in a client-facing growth/sales environment.

Responsibilities

Advise and convert prospective clients across various immigration practice areas.
Carry and own a revenue target with full autonomy.
Collaborate with engineering to automate intake, qualification, and follow-up processes.
Leverage AI tools daily to research, prepare, and manage pipeline efficiency.
Stress-test the internal platform and document feedback for product improvements.
Codify effective playbooks, scripts, and training materials to scale the practice.
