Requirements
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing (BSN required).
- Unencumbered RN license.
- Minimum of five years of nursing experience.
- Two years of supervisory experience with team mentoring capability.
- Proficiency with technology and electronic medical records systems.
- Experience leading in a data-driven organization.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding, training, coaching, and ongoing development of the WelbeHealth Advocate Nurses.
- Oversee daily operations, including delegation of work, scheduling, and meeting performance targets.
- Identify systemic and operational issues and implement process improvements.
- Ensure team compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and market leaders to resolve issues and standardize processes.
