Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Current, unrestricted medical license
- Active board certification in Family Medicine
- At least 5 years of clinical practice experience post-residency
- Active medical licenses in at least one of CA, TX, or FL, plus 5 additional state licenses
- Eligibility for expedited licensure through the IMLC
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements for physician collaboration
- Reliable high-speed internet access
- Comfort with telehealth platforms, EMR, and AI-driven tools
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment planning
- Manage and coordinate care for chronic conditions
- Provide preventive care, wellness counseling, and health education
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
- Prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Accurately document tasks and communications in the EMR
- Serve as a collaborating physician for assigned Nurse Practitioners
