Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience (Apex, LWC, Flow, Metadata API, SOQL).
- Expertise in Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and release orchestration.
- Working knowledge of Agentforce and AI agents in DevOps.
- Proven track record of building a personal brand on LinkedIn.
- Strong camera presence for demos, livestreams, and webinars.
- Excellent written communication skills for blogging and documentation.
- Experience with DevOps tools like Flosum, Gearset, Copado, or Salto.
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or DevOps-specific) strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create daily LinkedIn content including posts, carousels, polls, and short-form video.
- Produce YouTube videos, livestreams, podcasts, and demo reels showcasing Flosum.
- Speak at Dreamforce, TrailblazerDX, World Tours, and community events.
- Build hands-on demos and reference architectures for CI/CD and data management.
- Engage authentically with the Trailblazer Community.
- Partner with product and engineering to develop launch campaigns and narratives.
- Mentor customers on source-driven development and branching strategies.
- Represent the developer's voice internally to influence product development.
