Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Domain expertise in utilities, construction, asset management, or related industries is a strong plus
- Genuine curiosity and excitement about AI and its application to physical infrastructure
- A product mindset focused on outcomes over output
- Comfort with ambiguity and a startup pace
- Excellent communication skills
- MBA preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product roadmap for your area of the Pioneer platform, with a strong emphasis on AI-powered operations and analytics
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through direct research, field engagement, and data
- Translate customer insights into high-value features
- Rapidly iterate on product ideas, validate what works, and improve existing features
- Define, track, and improve the metrics that signal a quality product
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success
