Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience in configuration and integrations.
  • Deep knowledge of Workday modules: Core HCM, Reporting, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, and Learning.
  • Experience with Workday integrations such as APIs, EIBs, or Workday Studio.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot system/data issues.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally and translate business requirements into system solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day Workday HCM operations across the employee lifecycle.
  • Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations with internal and external systems.
  • Configure and optimize Workday modules to support business needs.
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive automation and system improvements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Support Workday bi-annual releases, including testing, documentation, and deployment.
