Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or relevant experience.
  • 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Experience in ITIL.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and highly organized.
  • Experience with MS Dynamics 365 Sales module (preferred).
  • Experience with MS Azure Dev Ops (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Provide recommendations, action plans, and status updates to leadership.
  • Manage relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the production environment.
  • Ensure adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and best practices.
  • Enforce and expand AI usage in operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges.
  • Lead audit and compliance initiatives for the Global CRM.
  • Oversee and enhance ITIL processes including Incident and Change Management.
