Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, or relevant experience.
- 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience in ITIL.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and highly organized.
- Experience with MS Dynamics 365 Sales module (preferred).
- Experience with MS Azure Dev Ops (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Provide recommendations, action plans, and status updates to leadership.
- Manage relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the production environment.
- Ensure adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and best practices.
- Enforce and expand AI usage in operational workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges.
- Lead audit and compliance initiatives for the Global CRM.
- Oversee and enhance ITIL processes including Incident and Change Management.
