  • 4+ years of deep Salesforce Administration/Strategy experience (SaaS experience preferred).
  • 2+ years in a client-facing agency or consultancy.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows.
  • Experience with the modern RevOps stack: LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Execute world-class GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations.
  • Transform client CRM environments into high-velocity revenue engines.
  • Translate high-level architectural blueprints into reality within Salesforce.
  • Ensure data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting are flawless.
  • Utilize professional consultant mindset to ask 'Why' and explain technical changes to stakeholders.
  • Practice disciplined time-tracking in a multi-client environment.
  • Maintain a double-check culture with testing in sandboxes before production deployment.
