- 4+ years of deep Salesforce Administration/Strategy experience (SaaS experience preferred).
- 2+ years in a client-facing agency or consultancy.
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows.
- Experience with the modern RevOps stack: LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred).
Responsibilities
- Execute world-class GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations.
- Transform client CRM environments into high-velocity revenue engines.
- Translate high-level architectural blueprints into reality within Salesforce.
- Ensure data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting are flawless.
- Utilize professional consultant mindset to ask 'Why' and explain technical changes to stakeholders.
- Practice disciplined time-tracking in a multi-client environment.
- Maintain a double-check culture with testing in sandboxes before production deployment.
