- Advanced configuration and automation skills
- Hands-on experience delivering full lifecycle implementations using agile methodologies
- Ability to design system architecture and define requirements
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs or ETL tools
- Understanding of data modeling and deployment best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Salesforce certifications strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and define solution scope
- Configure and implement Salesforce solutions including Education Cloud
- Guide clients through planning, build, testing, and deployment
- Serve as a trusted advisor providing best practices and technical guidance
- Collaborate with data teams on migration and integration
- Lead integration efforts across Salesforce ecosystems and third-party tools
- Support documentation of system architecture and technical specifications
- Contribute to business development, proposals, and solution design
