Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity or managed security services.
- Leadership or practice management experience.
- Expertise in email security, SASE, endpoint security, or SOC/MDR solutions.
- Experience in practice operations, financial oversight, and forecasting.
- Ability to lead pre-sales, discovery sessions, and solution positioning.
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, or related field.
- Strong preference for CISSP, CISM, or CCSP certifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the security practice.
- Partner with sales to qualify opportunities and position security solutions.
- Provide technical and business leadership across SASE, SOC/MDR, and gateway solutions.
- Oversee delivery quality, resource planning, and client satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with security vendors and partners.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop security consultants and engineers.
- Own practice financial performance including forecasting and margin management.
- Contribute to proposals, SOWs, and executive briefings.
