- Prior experience in tax preparation, particularly with LLCs and S Corporations.
- Strong experience with ProConnect.
- Strong experience with QuickBooks Online.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Word and the Microsoft Suite.
- Detail-oriented, calm, and adaptable professional.
- Experience working in a virtual work environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate tax returns for LLCs and S Corporations, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Collect, organize, and input financial data into tax software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and strong initial relationship.
- Work closely with our bookkeeping team to ensure accurate financial reporting and seamless tax preparation.
