Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (Accounting or Finance preferred).
- Public accounting experience.
- Account Management experience.
- Prior experience managing credit and incentive programs.
- Ability to interpret and apply statutory and regulatory guidelines.
- History of success in upselling services.
- Strong and confident board room presence and public speaking abilities.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for 20-30 tax customers, answer emails and phone calls within 24 hours, host monthly calls.
- Create and deliver organized, thoughtful, and well-designed QBRs with the objective of retaining and growing each customer in his/her portfolio.
- Analyze KPI data for all assigned clients and identify drops in program performance.
- Suggest possible program improvements to maximize credit capture and streamline tax processes.
- Complete all tasks delegated by Managers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities and meet delegated upsell goals.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to Tax Consultants.
- Achieve a 98% or greater customer retention rate.
