Responsibilities
- Answer 2-3 incoming customer chats concurrently using NICE CXOne
- Consult customers on best value for contact lens purchases
- Reply to incoming emails and MMS
- Engage with manager and team in a virtual environment
- Request prescriptions via phone from eye care providers
- Provide world class customer service
- Identify and resolve customer issues
- Maintain high performance metrics for revenue, quality, and timeliness
