Responsibilities

  • Answer 2-3 incoming customer chats concurrently using NICE CXOne
  • Consult customers on best value for contact lens purchases
  • Reply to incoming emails and MMS
  • Engage with manager and team in a virtual environment
  • Request prescriptions via phone from eye care providers
  • Provide world class customer service
  • Identify and resolve customer issues
  • Maintain high performance metrics for revenue, quality, and timeliness
