Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2-3 years of customer service experience.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Technical proficiency.
- Reliable internet connection (at least 20 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload).
- Private, dedicated workplace free from interruption.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Positive, driven, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Answer 2-3 incoming customer chats concurrently using NICE CXOne.
- Consult customers on the best value for contact lens purchases.
- Reply to incoming emails and MMS from customers.
- Request prescriptions via phone from eye care providers as needed.
- Maintain high performance metrics including revenue per chat, quality, and timeliness.
- Communicate with manager and team members via virtual meetings and chats.
