Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or financial analysis roles.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, and working capital analysis.
- Experience building financial models, forecasts, budgets, and KPI reporting.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills (including lookups, Pivot Table, Index-Match).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience improving reporting automation or finance processes.
- Experience with financial planning or BI tools such as NetSuite, Power BI, Tableau, or Adaptive Planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management regarding growth, efficiency, and profitability.
- Conduct ROI analysis and investment prioritization.
- Perform scenario planning and financial modeling.
- Develop and refine management reporting.
- Assist in developing regular financial forecasts.
- Drive continuous improvement in report and analysis automation.
- Conduct special studies to analyze complex financial data.
- Perform internal process reviews and provide recommendations for productivity or cost savings.
