- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership
- Hands-on experience designing for AI-driven or generative product surfaces
- Ability to disagree well and commit fully based on evidence
- High quality bar combined with speed
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design from problem framing and research through shipping, measurement, and iteration
- Drive initiatives forward by taking a clear position on product direction and unblocking the team
- Raise the craft bar through critique, pairing, and high-quality flows and interactions
- Translate user behaviour, business needs, and technical constraints into clear design decisions
- Design sophisticated product features and user journeys
- Contribute to AI patterns and the design system
