Responsibilities
- Create and deliver content for benefit guides, mailings, emails, texts, presentations, video scripts, and websites.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all content deliverables.
- Gather and leverage discovery documentation to produce educational content.
- Maintain client-specific artifacts, project briefs, and eligibility matrices.
- Adhere to client-specific writing style guides.
- Analyze client health plans and benefit packages to communicate with accuracy.
- Consult with clients and influence the adoption of best practices.
- Monitor and complete tasks using project management software.
- Identify, resolve, and escalate project issues to manage risks.
