Responsibilities

  • Maintain client-specific artifacts, project briefs, and eligibility matrices.
  • Adhere to client-specific writing style guides.
  • Analyze client health plans and benefit packages to communicate with accuracy.
  • Consult with clients and influence the adoption of best practices.
  • Monitor and complete tasks using project management software.
  • Identify, resolve, and escalate project issues to manage risks.
