Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, SRE, or forward-deployed roles.
- Deep technical expertise in Linux and networking.
- Strong proficiency in Kubernetes and storage solutions.
- Experience with GPU-accelerated compute.
- Proven experience supporting US/Canada enterprise or public sector customers.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in live production environments.
- Clear communication skills for executive audiences.
- Willingness to travel throughout North America.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end platform deployment and production readiness.
- Serve as primary technical point of contact (L1) for North American customers.
- Build, maintain, and drive Joint Success Plans.
- Accelerate time-to-value and drive platform adoption.
- Maintain system stability, security, and operational reliability.
- Support security reviews, audits, and data residency compliance.
- Mentor junior delivery engineers and establish deployment standards.
- Provide feedback to internal Product and Engineering teams.
