Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data architecture and software solutions.
- Strong command over backend architecture and data engineering (Databricks, Spark, Fabric, Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS Glue, NoSQL).
- Proven experience with agentic development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
- Experience implementing metadata-driven, self-serve data pipelines.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, GCP preferred).
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith or similar agentic frameworks.
- Programming proficiency in Python, Java, or others.
- Bachelors degree in engineering, mathematics, or statistics.
- FMCG/CPG industry experience is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of Practice to shape Data Management strategy.
- Lead development of modern data solutions for ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and governance.
- Drive experimentation, POCs, and build accelerator solutions.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to build solution landscapes.
- Lead consulting engagements related to Data Quality, Observability, and cataloging.
- Drive innovation leveraging AI/ML, GenAI, and Cloud Platforms.
- Coach junior team members.
