Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within SaaS, data, or media technology companies.
- 5+ years of experience in the media and advertising industry, ideally with experience working for a brand or advertising agency.
- Proven success in shipping products that have driven measurable outcomes in data-rich environments.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and executional skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams through all phases of the product lifecycle.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, data analytics, and visualization tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Set and sustain a customer-centric product roadmap in partnership with stakeholders.
- Leverage customer feedback to prioritize business opportunities.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Write clear and user-centric product requirements and user stories.
- Assess, validate, and deliver on customer feedback.
- Support go-to-market efforts by developing client-facing documentation and sales enablement resources.
- Engage with customers to build empathy and understanding of their needs.
- Track and report on post-launch success criteria.
