  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Basic proficiency in computer systems and office applications; ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in multicultural, global teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support global software license compliance by monitoring software usage, tracking entitlements, and identifying licensing variances across systems and tools.
  • Administer Software Asset Management (SAM) tools and maintain accurate licensing databases, including uploading contracts, entitlements, and usage data.
  • Review and assess software requests from business users, ensuring alignment with company standards and licensing availability.
  • Challenge and validate business justifications for software needs, proposing optimized or cost-effective licensing alternatives.
  • Partner with IT and business teams globally to monitor software installations, subscriptions, and compliance status.
  • Support software audits, clean-up activities, and remediation of non-compliant usage or installations.
  • Contribute to compliance reporting, dashboards, and analytics shared with stakeholders worldwide.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SAM processes, efficiency, and cost optimization.
