Requirements

- Basic understanding of software licensing concepts and IT asset management principles.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to track, validate, and manage structured data accurately.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to tasks.
- Ability to interpret guidelines, follow processes, and request clarification when needed.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Good organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Basic proficiency in computer systems and office applications; ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in multicultural, global teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance and ethical standards.
Responsibilities
- Support global software license compliance by monitoring software usage, tracking entitlements, and identifying licensing variances across systems and tools.
- Administer Software Asset Management (SAM) tools and maintain accurate licensing databases, including uploading contracts, entitlements, and usage data.
- Review and assess software requests from business users, ensuring alignment with company standards and licensing availability.
- Challenge and validate business justifications for software needs, proposing optimized or cost-effective licensing alternatives.
- Partner with IT and business teams globally to monitor software installations, subscriptions, and compliance status.
- Support software audits, clean-up activities, and remediation of non-compliant usage or installations.
- Contribute to compliance reporting, dashboards, and analytics shared with stakeholders worldwide.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SAM processes, efficiency, and cost optimization.
