Requirements

  • 7–9 years of product management experience, including significant exposure to marketplace or platform-based products.
  • Minimum of 3 years working on supply-side onboarding, credentialing, or compliance-heavy user experiences.
  • Proven success improving funnel conversion, onboarding throughput, and activation performance in regulated or operationally complex environments.
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI-powered workflows, intelligent automation, or agentic solutions in production systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect product performance metrics to business outcomes and operational KPIs.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, operations, and peer product teams in matrixed organizations.
  • Ability to define scalable onboarding systems without relying on custom workflows or fragmented user experiences.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills in fast-paced remote environments.
  • Comfortable working asynchronously with distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding and activation product strategy, from registration and identity verification through credential submission and workforce readiness.
  • Design scalable and modular onboarding experiences capable of supporting diverse healthcare professional profiles and varying compliance requirements.
  • Drive improvements in onboarding speed, conversion rates, and activation metrics by identifying and eliminating friction points throughout the user journey.
  • Partner closely with engineering, operations, compliance, and credentialing stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment between product requirements and operational workflows.
  • Integrate AI-native workflows, automation capabilities, and intelligent agent solutions to streamline manual onboarding and credentialing processes.
  • Define and optimize onboarding success metrics tied directly to marketplace growth, supply liquidity, and fill-rate performance.
  • Serve as a strategic product leader, balancing user experience, compliance obligations, operational scalability, and business impact across all onboarding initiatives.
