Responsibilities
- Drive professional onboarding experience from registration and identity verification to credential collection and first-shift readiness
- Focus on accelerating how fast a professional moves from sign-up to working on the platform
- Incorporate AI-native workflows to solve manual onboarding steps
- Serve as the product owner for the internal credentialing rules engine to ensure a fast and confidence-building user experience.
