Requirements
- 1+ year minimum of customer service experience.
- Fluent in English and another EU language (verbal and written).
- PC proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Reliable internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Verify newly signed up accounts based on geo-compliance regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and escalate complaints.
- Retain existing customers calling or emailing to cancel service.
- Communicate and follow up with customers regarding account inquiries.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Contact customers to collect payment or update payment methods.
- Report accurately on inbound/outbound calls and log details in company systems.
- Provide feedback on suggestions and improvements to team supervisor.
