Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Verify newly signed up accounts based on geo-compliance regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and escalate complaints.
  • Retain existing customers calling or emailing to cancel service.
  • Communicate and follow up with customers regarding account inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Contact customers to collect payment or update payment methods.
  • Report accurately on inbound/outbound calls and log details in company systems.
  • Provide feedback on suggestions and improvements to team supervisor.
