Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience.
- 5+ years in DevEx, DevOps, or infrastructure.
- Strong CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, CircleCI).
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted developer tooling.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS.
- Proficiency in managing infrastructure via Terraform.
- Familiarity with SAST/SCA security scanning (Snyk, Semgrep).
- Understanding of observability tools (Datadog, Sentry).
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Ruby.
- Awareness of DORA metrics and developer experience frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Assess and evolve engineering practices: evaluate CI/CD, test coverage, and workflows.
- Strengthen CI/CD quality gates including linting, security scanning, and test coverage.
- Build visibility into engineering health with dashboards, monitoring, and alerting.
- Embed AI-powered tooling across engineering workflows.
- Streamline local development environments and onboarding.
- Manage and optimize containerized infrastructure on Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS using Terraform.
- Participate in on-call rotations and support critical platform and infrastructure.
