Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of relevant industry experience in software development.
- Strong programming/coding fundamentals.
- Experience designing and architecting large, high-scale systems.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical discussions.
- Ability to estimate, communicate, and deliver upon project milestones.
- Located in the US or Canada.
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable backend services that handle tracking and execution of hundreds of thousands of routes in real time.
- Develop reporting and suggested optimizations to better utilize vehicles and drivers.
- Create web interfaces that allow dispatchers and fleet managers to create and manage routes and deliveries.
- Implement APIs and integrations with TMS/ERP systems.
- Build next-gen commercial navigation features that utilize real-time data like weather, live traffic, and hours of service.
