Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in integration, data, solutions, or implementation engineering.
- Strong SQL skills (multi-CTE queries, query plans).
- Working proficiency in Python for building connectors and data transformation.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, and webhooks.
- Familiarity with data modeling (primary keys, joins, SCDs, deduplication).
- Experience with source systems like ERP, CRM, HRIS, or Data Warehouses.
- Advanced debugging skills (logs, root cause isolation).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) with clear communication skills.
- Ability to work during US Eastern Time business hours.
Responsibilities
- Own customer integrations end-to-end from kickoff to go-live.
- Lead onboarding calls and scope integration landscape.
- Build and extend connectors including native connectors and custom integrations.
- Diagnose and resolve data issues and mismatches.
- Write and improve technical documentation and setup guides.
- Act as technical advocate for customers within Drivetrain.
- Monitor source-system API changes and proactively manage impact.
