Requirements
- 5+ years of HVAC/Plumbing Dispatching experience.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce).
- Effective communication skills for all employee and customer levels.
- Dependable with strong follow-up and responsiveness.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Adaptability to evolving circumstances.
- Ability to remain calm and composed while communicating with customers.
- Comprehensive understanding of installation facets.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily service and installation operations.
- Schedule and coordinate service calls (plumbing, flooring, and wall repairs).
- Manage schedules for 10+ Service Technicians nationwide.
- Create work orders for materials and tasks.
- Maintain effective communication with managers and technicians.
- Update data and notes in scheduling software.
- Upload service tickets and photos into Salesforce CRM.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors as needed.
- Handle escalated customer calls and coordinate resolutions.
