  • 5+ years of HVAC/Plumbing Dispatching experience.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce).
  • Effective communication skills for all employee and customer levels.
  • Dependable with strong follow-up and responsiveness.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Adaptability to evolving circumstances.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed while communicating with customers.
  • Comprehensive understanding of installation facets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily service and installation operations.
  • Schedule and coordinate service calls (plumbing, flooring, and wall repairs).
  • Manage schedules for 10+ Service Technicians nationwide.
  • Create work orders for materials and tasks.
  • Maintain effective communication with managers and technicians.
  • Update data and notes in scheduling software.
  • Upload service tickets and photos into Salesforce CRM.
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors as needed.
  • Handle escalated customer calls and coordinate resolutions.
