- Competency in assessment and range of treatment
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Positive interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Performs assessment, individual, family, and group counseling
- Coordinates and implements the treatment plan
- Provides crisis intervention
- Performs intake assessments, evaluations, and referrals
- Maintains clinical records according to QA&I, State, and Joint Commission guidelines
- Participates as a treatment team member
- Attends clinical supervision and staff meetings
- Provides tele-therapy via video
