- Maintain evidence-based clinical protocols, as well as Quality Oversight mechanisms.
- Translate clinical needs and safety requirements into engineering tickets for our AI and product development teams.
- Establish the Clinical Governance framework, including chart review processes, supervision, and incident response protocols.
- Define and track the success metrics for the clinic, including clinical outcomes and other operational KPIs.
- Work with our Medical Director to establish escalation pathways, and own their ongoing maintenance.
- Serve as the internal lead for all clinical audits, maintaining a gold-standard documentation culture that meets state board and federal Medicare standards.
- Manage a team of clinical and non-clinical staff, and provide supervision to licensed psychotherapists.
